Cognitive Fitness

Cognitive Fitness is a unique training method that is specially tailored to positively influence memory, concentration, coordination and sensory skills, where fun is paramount!

The training consists of three elements

* Physical effort
* Mental challenge
* Relaxation

Body and mind training

During training, fitness exercises and conscious breathing and relaxation exercises are combined with cognitive elements that consciously activate the brain.


The course is for adults and consists of 10 lessons. There is a group on Wednesday from 10am-11:30am and a group on Thursday from 4.30pm-6pm.
A trial lesson will be given on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 September. The course will start the following week.

You pay € 50 for 10 lessons including material and workbook.


You can register by e-mailing your name and telephone number and your preferred class day to citing “Cognitive Fitness”. We will contact you. You can register until September 14. Classes are held with 10 participants.
