AmstelveenSport starts with SportKort

Unfortunately, parents cannot attend their child's swimming lessons due to the corona measures. But from March 24th on Wednesdays and Thursdays they can exercise themselves during their child's swimming lessons!

Sports Short

In the coming period we will start a free pilot 'SportKort'. SportKort is an effective and intensive training of approximately 25 minutes with a professional trainer on the outside of De Meerkamp. In this way we keep the parents' condition while they wait for their child!

After the child has been brought to the swimming lesson, we pick up the parents and take them to the outside area. There they participate in SportKort and afterwards they will be back in plenty of time to pick up their child from swimming lessons.

During which classes?
Wednesday: 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM, 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM, 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM
Thursday: 15:15 - 16:00, 16:15 - 17:00, 17:15 - 18:00

March 31: Running and coordination training
April 01: Kickboxing / boot camp

MOVE ONLINE!

From Wednesday 19 May it will most likely be possible to exercise indoors again!

The government has built in a “pause button” when announcing this great news. If the number of new IC and hospital admissions has not decreased further on Monday 17 May, the pause button is pressed. The reopening of our accommodations will then be postponed.
