You can rent a sports facility through us. online reservation system.
If you rent a sports accommodation, this means that you agree to the following general & specific conditions:
General and specific conditions and house rules for sports accommodations.
The minimum rental period is 1 hour. After that, you can rent the room in 15-minute blocks.
Please take into account when making a reservation that your rental time also includes the time for setup, dismantling and cleaning includes. We rent out the hall consecutively, so the next renter can use the hall immediately after your reservation. Therefore, please ensure that you leave the hall completely empty and tidy at the end of your rental period.
For most locations, upon making an online reservation, you will receive a barcode and alarm code for the location, as well as instructions on how to gain access.
No, you cannot place an option.
A reservation is placed and there is a cancellation policy:

At a season reservation You will receive an invoice. You must pay the invoice within 30 days of the invoice date, regardless of the rental date. You can also pay the invoice directly by debit card when collecting the key. If you rent the wave pool at Zwembad De Meerkamp, you must have paid the full amount one week before the rental date.
The cancellation scheme:
There are changing rooms and showers in all our accommodations, with the exception of the fields.
For the sports halls, sports halls and gyms, you may use everything that is in the storage room and in the hall. This is the standard equipment of the hall. You are not allowed to take anything out of the cupboards, these are materials from tenants. Do you need other things such as balls, pawns and ribbons? Then you can rent play equipment for a small amount.
The standard layout of a gym is:
Rings, ropes, climbing frame, gymnastics benches, baskets (basketball).
Bouncy box, gymnastic buck, netball posts, baseball posts, springboard.
Gymnastics mats, long mat, thick landing mat.
All accommodations at AmstelveenSport are from 22 July 2018 smoke-free indoors and outdoors (for both tobacco and e-cigarette or related products)
Sports facilities are an important environmental factor in the lives of growing children. We like to set a good example for children. That is why we took the step towards completely smoke-free sports facilities and sports fields on 22 July 2018.
With this we protect the youth against the temptation to smoke and the harmful second-hand smoke. When children see others smoking, it seems normal and perhaps even attractive. Especially when they see people smoking whom they look up to, such as other athletes, trainers and parents. Seeing smoking makes smoking. Exercise is healthy, while smoking or co-smoking is harmful to health. Smoking and sports are not compatible.
Everyone is and will remain welcome at our accommodations, including smokers. However, we ask smokers to smoke out of sight and outside the sports facility and surrounding grounds. It is therefore not allowed to smoke in and around the sports facilities and at places within the sports fields, such as along the line, on the terrace or on the lounging area of the De Meerkamp swimming pool.
