During swimming lessons we often use steering cards.
Your child is in good hands
Our instructors know better than anyone how much fun and exciting swimming lessons are, for both parent and child! That is why we mainly teach swimming lessons in a playful way and adapt our lessons to the world of experience of children. When you play, you learn the most as a child! Of course, all games have a swimming goal.
Class groups and lesson duration
There are an average of 12 children per group; the first level starts with 8 children per group. The swimming lessons last 45 minutes each.
Pre-swimming
If you have moved or are coming from another swimming pool, your child does not have to start from scratch. It is possible to come and swim by appointment. Register your child via the registration form and state under comments where your child has had swimming lessons, for how long and whether it swam in deep/shallow water. After the scheduled appointment, an instructor will take a short test of maximum 10 minutes to see what the swimming level is. Then it will be discussed with the parent when and at what level swimming can be done.
Holidays and public holidays
There are no classes on public holidays. There are no regular classes during holidays. You will be informed by email about any adjusted classes during the holidays.

Valid entrance tickets
With a monthly card your child can follow 4 lessons in 4 weeks, the amount includes a swimming test. The monthly card is renewed consecutively.

Can't swim yet? You're definitely not the only one. Many people can't swim and that's quite dangerous in the watery Netherlands. At De Meerkamp you learn to swim in a relaxed way. You'll quickly feel safe in the water. Both women and men participate in the lessons.
Holidays and public holidays
There are no classes during the holidays and on public holidays.

You can participate in adult swimming lessons with a monthly subscription for adult swimming lessons.
